| Stock boards are great places to chat with buddies but can do terrible damage to your trading account. Almost everyone has a hidden agenda and all information is suspect. Besides, successful short-term trading requires little or no knowledge about a company's underlying fundamentals. Chances are that your participation on a board will only reinforce your bias about a stock. You don't want that. You want the truth. Technical traders play the numbers and don't believe in companies. |
